Combining my professional and personal experiences, I utilize a strength-based approach individualized to each client. My goal is to support and assist each person in identifying their strengths. These strengths can then be drawn upon as the client adjusts to the challenging life transition and addressing the current difficult situation. I also believe each person is an expert on themselves and that they are doing the best they can in the moment. Sometimes however, people can become stuck and need assistance in finding new perspectives or new skills. Using the strength-based individualized approach, I can assist you in finding those new perspectives and skills which will help you reach the goals you’ve envisioned.
